The Utility Warehouse is unusual in that it offers energy, home phone, broadband, and mobile deals and gives discounts if you take out more than one service. There doesn’t seem to be a catch, as the users we surveyed found its broadband service reliable and simple to set up. Customer service is excellent, and any problems are quickly sorted out. Bills are easy to understand, and 40% of the people we spoke to said they thought they got excellent value for money – the highest proportion for any provider in our survey.
