Hello and good morning to all of you 🙂

And welcome back to our daily Tip of the Day – this will be one more about the BWT website and how you can make the most out of your time here on our platform 🙂

Today will be all about the Help Section and how you can access it: Some of you might have already noticed it or even made use of it. On the right side of the screen, as soon as you’re logged in, you can see in blue and pink a button that says “Help” and it will take you straight to our help section.

So, if you have any questions that are not covered in any of the articles, of course you can always contact us for help, but you can also look it up in the help section and hopefully you will find what you’re looking for. There are Tips on how to make the most out of your profile or if you’re just looking for something you can click on it in the Help Section like “Private Messages” and it will take you to the section for the messages on your profile. Really helpful to find your way around the website in the beginning.
