I used to work in the city as an Executive Personal Assistant but after having children I wanted to be in charge of my own destiny and created Headings and Hems. I have always loved fabric in all its forms. The colours, textures and the way it can totally transform a room from a cold and uninviting square box to a warm, cosy and homely space.

I make hand sewn, made to measure curtains and blinds specifically for your window or door. I have an ever growing collection of pattern books which I will bring to your home so that you can choose a suitable fabric which will compliment and enhance your room. I only use the best quality linings and interlinings which all add to the finished result of your window treatment. If fabric is not what you are after I can also supply venetian blinds, plantation shutters, poles and tracks.
