I start looking after mother and baby during pregnancy with maternity reflexology as the baby gains benefits from the treatment whilst in the womb. Reflexology helps reduce symptoms mothers feel during pregnancy, lowers stress levels and aids relaxation. Reflexology is also used after the birth to help reduce new symptoms experienced as the body once again goes through change.

Baby massage is taught to both mother and father to strengthen the boding process that is so important and also helps to reduce post-natal depression. Baby massage is a wonderful thing to be added to the daily routine and there are many health and development benefits to baby.

My care for you doesn’t stop with maternity reflexology and baby massage.
