I am a clinical hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, I take a more cognitive approach to my work, using programmes that have wherever possible have been clinically trialed. I use hypnosis as part of the therapeutic process as I find the results are more profound and longer lasting. Although I specialise in weight control and IBS, I work with clients who have phobias, unwanted habits, wish to cease smoking, anxiety and stress relief and many more conditions.
