What I do is I help women and men to feel more confident, connected and self-expressed when it comes to relationships, intimacy and fulfilment. Sex and intimacy can be deeply fulfilling and nourishing and yet, a lot of people don’t know how to access that.

The training I offer is a combination of coaching and powerful exercises that help you discover self-imposed constraints around sexuality and relationships.

You will learn a new set of tools and strategies to go past those limiting beliefs. This will leave you empowered, you can take new actions and behave differently in situations you felt stuck before. You will learn through inquiry and discovery, how to create pleasure in your everyday life.

You will feel confident and loving with yourself and your body.

You will free yourself from self-imposed constraints around sexuality.

You will learn how to have your relationships and sex be nourishing, deeply satisfying and filling you up.

You will understand the dynamics of the masculine and feminine energy.

You will learn to use your desire as a compass to guide you to what you want.

Women who go through my trainings say they feel more confident. They can now express their desires AND getting it! Restoring energy and balance in life. Finding new levels of intimacy leaving them nourished and taken care of. Men feel more confident handling women, being with women and communicating with them.

Having healed in these areas myself, I coach from a place of experience, recognition, and compassion. I have been working in the area of coaching, training and personal development for almost 10 years. I use my training in a variety of modalities combined with the OneTaste philosophy and the practice of OM.
