Born out of a passion for good, wholesome food, Superfoodio encourages a healthy lifestyle and sense of wellbeing.

My husband and I travelled to South America which led us to unearth a wonderful array of local cuisine, both delicious and nutritious, containing some of the world’s finest superfoods.
Being vegetarian and passionate about healthy eating, we found these foods made us feel great, gave us energy and provided sustenance for our many challenging explorations! The added bonus was how nutritionally beneficial they also were.
Inspired by what we’d discovered we were driven to share it with others. Upon our return to London, and after much hard work, we became the founders of our business ‘Superfoodio’.
