vivoHR was first established in 2011 as an LLP and recently switched to Ltd Company status with the full company name vivoHR & Training (UK) Ltd.  Our aim has always been to provide real world business focussed HR Solutions to small businesses – no jargon, no overly long complicated documents, no unnecessary policies and procedures – everything we provide is necessary, useful, functional, and most importantly written in clear concise plain English.

We pride ourselves on being on your side!  We know how hard it can feel sometimes to be an employer – we’ll take that feeling away.

I own and run vivoHR alongside a hectic and fun filled family life so I strongly advocate work life balance – two dogs, one very busy teenager and a husband whose job involves a fair bit of travelling overseas keep me on my toes!  Many of my clients have equally crazy lives juggling work and home so if you don’t mind a more informal approach I’m often happy to talk about your employment plans out of office hours whilst I’m walking the dogs or offering a mum taxi service!
