In our fast paced world and rapid changes in business, technology and life the human being itself with its needs, emotions and aspirations is often pushed into the background. This leads to poor communication and treatment of oneselfs and among others. The consequences are often more stress and conflicts in teams, exhausting work days and the feeling of always working hard and not getting anywhere.

My business mission is to support business woman in a leadership role (manager, team or project leaders) to gain more ease and joy in their challanging day-to-day profession in order to live the life and have the impact they truely desire. This is accomplished trhough my coaching and training offerings, which are designed in a way to fit in a busy woman’s schedule.
