When you enter names, dates, product names, company names and so on into a document or email, do they become separated when they are wrapped at the end of a line?
Your next scheduled appointment will be on 23
April 2015.
This is extremely annoying and can make your document or email look unprofessional.
In this case use a non-breaking space instead of a normal space between each part of the date or name, by pressing
CTRL+SHIFT+SPACEBAR
Your next scheduled appointment will be on
23 April 2015.
You can then be sure that whenever you amend your document, the date or name will always stay together.
